Many people deal with stress and anxiety every day. Everyday responsibilities such as work, family situations, health concerns, and finances can exacerbate stress levels.
It’s important that we do what we can to minimize the impact these stressors have on us not just for our mental sanity, but for our overall health.
One of my favorite ways to do this is to take a walk outside! Whether it’s a 10-minute walk around the block or a weekend hiking adventure, simply walking in the outdoors has been proven to reduce stress and boost your mood. Not to mention the added benefit of getting those steps in and burning some calories!
